Use Your Free Will to Change!

 Dear Abba,

     It is woefully apparent that many people declare, "The Most High is doing a new thing." Yet, the same individuals are closed off to change. They cling to the familiar when change requires letting go of one thing to receive something else. The mouth, mind, and heart must be aligned for change to unfold. Intrinsic division will obstruct advancement. Each of us has faced the future with either enthusiasm to proceed or the intimidation that causes delay. This year, I hope we can all renounce a fear of failure, doubts about the results, and lack of faith.

     Whatever risks we have to take for the new thing in front of us, let's do it! Hesitation interferes with change. It makes one second-guess the decision to embrace anything new the Ruach blows into our lives. We need to receive change to remain aligned with the flow of the oil of the anointing. Otherwise, we fall behind or miss opportunities for more and overflow. "The miracle oil of God is the oil of change. (Mills, 2022)." I discovered that easing into change by deciding to do something new each day helps to renew our minds and train our bodies to cooperate. We develop a Kingdom mindset, which is a warrior mindset, as we consistently activate change. "God's Kingdom is us (Believers) carrying out His dominion... (Munroe, 2004)." Change is a catalyst for us to receive and execute every mandate on the planet. 

    Chaos and gross disturbance in the church, America, and around the world are provoking us to become and do what is essential in the near and distant future. Simply put, change! El Shaddai is sustaining us now and forever.  Be Lifted!! (See Romans 12:1-2, Isaiah 43:19)

I Don't Quit, I Shift!

Dear Abba,      This time last year I was stressed out functioning at full throttle. Adrenaline, and tension were driving me forward. Sometimes life happens and we maintain abnormal velocities to keep pace.  From October 2024 until April 2025 I would experience the longest sprint of my life. I was one of the caregivers for our mother as she approached the ending of her health challenges. While our relationship was not without hardship; I loved and honored her flaws and all. I may make her famed sweet potato pie in her honor this year for the holidays. 👀 Nevertheless, I am moving through life focusing on my future.       Thankfully, I am much calmer these days and my body, mind, and nervous system are finding a safer rhythm for me to live and thrive. Loving and Liking Your Position

  Dear Abba,       Some employees are in customer-facing roles in their jobs and they do not like working with the general public . I have had my issues with the public across several industries including ministry. Employees have valid reasons for disliking their jobs. They also have unreasonable expectations from working with the general public.       For example, customers will make requests according to their preferences for the products and services offered by the company . The workers facilitating the order may feel like the customer is taking something from them as they fulfill an order. They may feel more is required of them than what is received from their role .   An employee may feel a lack of appreciation depending on the interaction between the customers .
