Everything is working together
DEAR ABBA,
The month of April
would enter with winter temperatures looming. The residue of a previous season
cannot deter blooming and birth from a new season. I would not abandon my idea
of Spring. The reality of Spring would fill my soul. Spring is one of favorite
seasons. Sometimes we may decide to cower away from things we cannot control. I
encourage you to position your mind in a firm stance. Do not let go of your
faith in God. Dear Abba, help me to grip my faith tightly. April winds would
challenge my resilience, but a word from the Lord would anchor my soul. Abba
would remind me to create the world I would want to see using my words.
Genesis chapters one
and two explain the formless matter awaiting creation. It would be from chaos
God would create the heavens, earth, light, bodies of water, animals, humans
and more. The Holy Bible tells us, God… said, saw, called, made, placed,
created, blessed, and rested. Creating my world (the one I would like to see)
would entail heart-wrenching prayers and authentic worship. Prayers enable us
to become sensitive to Holy Spirit. Prayer and fasting cut away the old for
something new and fresh. Creation is new and fresh. Worship would connect me to
the lifeline which is God’s presence. We can then clearly see the future through
God’s eyes when we worship God. Worship is an intimate act between Creator and
One made in His image and likeness. While we worship God, we see Him in the
full scope of His splendor, glory, weight, and love. We see the vastness of His
existence. God is almighty, and there is nothing too hard for Him. The Father
is seeking for worshippers. He wants to give us access to His presence.
In God’s presence,
we can discern obstacles to the next level of our life. Interference can come
from the demonic realm or self-sabotage. The thief according to Jesus has plans
“to steal, kill, and destroy” regarding all things about the believer. When
hindrance challenges our progress, we have God’s power and authority to
subdue, bind, and loose. We are not without defense against an attack or
diabolical scheme. We are unstoppable in God. Jesus would conclude His
narrative in John 10:10 about the thief with His plans for the believer. “My
purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” There is the word of the Lord.
Any difficulty or rough patches along our process pales in comparison to the
word of God and a word from the Lord. Sometimes a word is all we have until we
can “see” what God is planning. There is sight before manifestation; seeing
into the invisible realm, discerning the mind of God.
The plan of God for
us is like puzzle pieces. We do not have all the details to place the
components to complete His vision for our life. We have our faith and trust in
His goodness to sustain us. However, we can become afraid or anxious during the
process. These emotions will provoke us to make mistakes and hasty decisions.
God will sometimes wink at these debacles, chastise His children, but He wants
us to resume the journey. We must learn to Honor God and honor the process. The
two works in alignment with purpose and destiny.
The process,
purpose, destiny, and our identity are the what and who for our abundant life
in God. Let’s not lose hope in God’s faithfulness. Let us remember we can
request a reprieve and a refreshing as tests of faith and hardship and life may
take a toll. Dear Abba, this all a bit much, I must cry this out. That is one
way to phrase a need for a breather while you press forward. As we grow in grace, we learn to inhale and
exhale and bounce back from the hits we experience and engage with God and His decisions
for our path. #SpringForth #ForgeAhead #ExpansionIsHere
